Scientists test gentler cancer treatment to spare men from harsh side effects

Summary
This trial is testing whether lower doses of chemotherapy and radiation can effectively treat a type of testicular cancer called seminoma. The goal is to control the cancer while reducing the risk of serious long-term side effects from standard, more intense treatments. It is for men with stage IIA or IIB seminoma, either newly diagnosed or recurring after prior treatment.
