Summary
This trial is testing whether lower doses of chemotherapy and radiation can effectively treat a specific type of testicular cancer (stage IIA/B seminoma) while aiming to reduce long-term side effects. It involves 135 men and compares different combinations of standard cancer drugs and radiation. The goal is to find a treatment that controls the cancer but is less harsh on the body over time.
