Summary

This study tested whether a new oral medication called TERN-601 helps adults with overweight or obesity lose weight. Researchers compared the drug to a placebo (inactive pill) in 167 participants over 12 weeks. The main goal was to see how much body weight changed and to check the medication's safety and side effects.
