New radioactive therapy shows promise for Tough-to-Treat prostate cancer

Summary

This study tests a new radioactive drug, terbium-161 PSMA, in 60 men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal is to see if it can shrink tumors and improve quality of life. Participants will receive three doses, six weeks apart, and be monitored for side effects and response.
