Could a blood pressure drug help Parkinson's?

Summary

This study is testing whether terazosin, a medication currently used for high blood pressure and prostate issues, can improve cellular energy levels in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will enroll 120 participants with Parkinson's to measure changes in their blood energy markers over 1.5 years. The goal is to see if boosting metabolism might help control Parkinson's symptoms.
