Summary
This study looks at whether terazosin, a drug used for high blood pressure, can change how the heart's nerves work in people who may be in the early stages of Parkinson's disease. Researchers are studying 15 adults aged 50-85 with REM sleep behavior disorder, a known risk factor for Parkinson's. The goal is to understand early disease processes, not to treat symptoms or cure the disease.
