Summary
This study looks at whether terazosin, a drug usually used for high blood pressure, can slow the progression of Parkinson's disease. Researchers are following 15 people with early signs of Parkinson's or a related sleep disorder. They use special scans and symptom checks over 3 years to see if the drug protects nerve cells.
