Summary
This international study tested whether shorter or longer treatment courses with the drug teprotumumab are safe and effective for adults with Thyroid Eye Disease. Researchers compared three different treatment durations in 313 participants to see how well they controlled eye symptoms like bulging and double vision. The trial also examined whether patients needed retreatment and looked for biological markers of the disease.
