Home device vs clinic visits: new hope for bladder control

NCT ID NCT05309993

Summary

This study tested whether a home-use TENS device works as well as clinic-based PTNS treatment for women with overactive bladder. Both methods use gentle electrical pulses on the ankle nerve to calm bladder symptoms. The research aimed to see if the convenient home option could provide similar quality-of-life improvements as the standard clinic visits.
