Summary
This study tested whether a TENS unit, a drug-free pain relief device, can reduce pain during and after laminaria insertion for second-trimester abortion. 36 participants used either a TENS unit plus standard care or a placebo device. The goal was to see if the TENS unit lowers pain scores.
