Shock therapy for braces pain? new study tests TENS device

Summary
This study tests a small device that uses gentle electrical pulses (TENS) to reduce pain after getting braces. About 150 teens and adults will have the device used on one side of their mouth and a fake device on the other side. They will report their pain levels over three days to see if the TENS side hurts less.
