Zap your labor pain? study tests Drug-Free device
NCT ID NCT07401147
Summary
This study is testing whether a TENS device, which uses mild electrical pulses on the skin, can safely reduce pain for women during active labor. It will involve 132 first-time mothers, who will try both the real device and a placebo version to compare pain levels. The goal is to offer a non-drug option for managing labor pain.
