Shock therapy for IUD pain? new trial tests TENS device

Summary
This study tests whether a small electrical device (TENS) can reduce pain when an IUD is placed. About 86 women will get either real TENS or a fake device during the procedure. Researchers will compare pain scores to see if TENS helps.
