Summary
This study tested whether a TENS device, which uses mild electrical pulses, can reduce pain during IUD insertion. Sixty women aged 18-45 took part, with some receiving real TENS and others a placebo. The goal was to see if this non-drug option could offer a simple way to ease discomfort during the procedure.
