Summary

This study tests whether a mild electrical nerve stimulator (TENS) can prevent diaphragm weakness after bariatric surgery in 70 obese adults. Participants will receive either TENS or a placebo, and researchers will measure breathing function and pain. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to improve recovery.
