Summary
This study is testing whether the clot-busting drug tenecteplase is safe and effective for people aged 80 and older who have had a stroke. Researchers will track 392 patients to see how well they recover and if there are any serious side effects. The goal is to find out if this treatment can improve outcomes for older stroke patients.
