Summary
This study tests whether the drug tenecteplase can help people who have had a major stroke but cannot get surgery to remove the clot. About 794 adults will receive either the drug or standard care within 4.5 to 24 hours of their first symptoms. The main goal is to see if more people can live independently 90 days after treatment.
