Summary
This study tests a medicine called tenapanor in children aged 6 to 12 who have irritable bowel syndrome with constipation (IBS-C). The goal is to see if it safely improves bowel movements and reduces belly discomfort. About 72 children will receive either the drug or a placebo for 4 weeks.
