Summary
This early-phase study tested a combination of two drugs, temsirolimus and cetuximab, in 45 adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that had stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal was to see if blocking two cancer growth pathways at once could be more effective than blocking just one. The main focus was on safety, with tumor response also measured.
