NCT ID NCT07491016

First seen Mar 30, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining two drugs, telitacicept and baricitinib, can help people with difficult-to-treat rheumatoid arthritis (D2T RA) who have not responded to other treatments. About 30 adults aged 18-85 will receive the combination and be monitored for joint disease activity and side effects. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it, as ongoing medication is needed.
