Can video therapy stop stress seizures?
NCT ID NCT07344766
Summary
This study tested if two types of remote talk therapy could help people who have stress-related seizures (PNES) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). 44 adults received either trauma-focused therapy or seizure education over 12 video sessions. The main goal was to see if the therapies could reduce how often the seizures happened.
