First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tested whether doing neck exercises at home with a video coach works as well as seeing a physiotherapist in person for text neck syndrome. Thirty-one university students with neck pain from heavy smartphone use did a six-week exercise program either via telerehabilitation or supervised sessions. Researchers measured neck muscle endurance, pain levels, and daily function before and after treatment.
