First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tested whether a six-week exercise program done at home via video calls works as well as seeing a physiotherapist in person for university students with text neck syndrome. Thirty-one students aged 18-24 took part. Both groups did the same stretching and strengthening exercises three times a week. The study measured neck muscle endurance, pain, and daily function before and after the program.
