Summary

This study tests whether doing exercises guided by a smartphone or computer (telerehabilitation) works better than following a paper exercise plan for people with low back pain. Researchers will measure disability, pain, movement, and other factors in 30 adults. The goal is to see if technology can improve recovery and make home exercise more effective.
