NCT ID NCT06901661

First seen May 20, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether remote exercise sessions (telerehabilitation) can improve function and reduce symptoms in people with hip or knee osteoarthritis. About 110 participants will be split into two groups: one gets patient education, the other gets guided exercise sessions from home. Both groups attend one supervised session per week for 5 weeks. The goal is to see if this digital approach can save time and travel costs while easing arthritis symptoms.
