Can video calls beat In-Person therapy for Women's bladder problems?

NCT ID NCT07151170

Summary

This study aims to see if pelvic floor muscle training delivered through secure video calls (telerehabilitation) works as well as traditional in-person sessions for postmenopausal women with urinary incontinence. Researchers will randomly assign 54 participants to either the video-based or supervised group, with both following the same exercise program. The goal is to determine if remote therapy can improve symptoms, muscle strength, and quality of life while being more convenient and accessible.
