App vs paper: which helps breast cancer patients regain arm movement better?
NCT ID NCT06699875
Summary
This study compared two methods to help women regain shoulder movement after lymph node removal surgery for breast cancer. Forty participants were randomly assigned to use either a digital physiotherapy app (TRAK) or follow a paper-based exercise plan at home for four weeks. Researchers measured shoulder mobility, how well patients stuck to their exercises, and their satisfaction with the method.
