Summary
This study tests whether a remote program combining specific neck and back exercises with pain education can reduce pain and disability in adults with chronic non-specific neck pain. About 54 participants will be assigned to one of two exercise groups and monitored for changes in pain, neck movement, and posture. The goal is to find an effective, accessible treatment that people can do from home.
