Summary

This study tests a home-based rehabilitation program for 40 veterans who finished lung cancer treatment 1-6 months ago. The program uses video calls and a fitness tracker to help reduce shortness of breath, fatigue, and fear of cancer returning. The goal is to improve quality of life and physical function without needing to travel to a clinic.
