Phone app could be key to beating sleep apnea

NCT ID NCT07464262

Summary

This study is testing if using a phone app and remote monitoring helps people with severe sleep apnea use their CPAP machine more consistently. It involves 200 adults in Brazil who are new to CPAP therapy. Half will use the monitoring system, while the other half receives standard care, to see which approach leads to better treatment use and sleep quality.
