Summary

This study tests a telemonitoring platform called EPOCA for patients who have had colorectal or bariatric surgery. The platform uses connected devices and a care team to monitor patients at home, aiming to allow earlier hospital discharge without increasing readmissions. Researchers will enroll 250 adults at Nantes University Hospital and track how many days they spend back in the hospital within 90 days after surgery.
