NCT ID NCT06647446

First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tested whether a smartphone app that guides and monitors exercises can improve pain and movement in people with knee osteoarthritis as well as standard in-person physical therapy. Fifty adults over age 45 with knee pain used either the app or did the same exercises on their own. The goal was to see if remote monitoring could offer a convenient, effective alternative to clinic visits.
