Can video calls cure Veterans' debilitating headaches?

Summary
This study is testing whether a talk therapy for headaches works just as well when delivered by video call as it does in person. It will involve 525 veterans and active-duty service members who have chronic headaches following a brain injury. Researchers will compare video therapy, in-person therapy, and standard medical care to see which best reduces headache disability and improves quality of life.
