Inclusion Criteria: * Registered undergraduate medical students at Kasr Al-Ainy Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University. * Access to a smartphone and the internet. * Poor sleep quality, defined as a Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) global score greater than 5. * Provided written informed consent. Exclusion Criteria: * History of chronic psychiatric or neurological disorders. * Current use of sleep medications. * Severe chronic illnesses affecting physical activity. * Positive screening for moderate to severe depression or anxiety, defined as a score ≥10 on either the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) or the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7).
