NCT ID NCT06976567
First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looked at whether telemedicine (video or phone doctor visits) can help people in rural northern Nigeria get urologic care faster than traveling to see a specialist in person. About 220 adults with urologic problems took part, split into two groups: one got standard in-person care, the other got telemedicine. Researchers measured how quickly each group saw a urologist and how satisfied patients were with their care.
