App aims to catch liver problems early from home

NCT ID NCT07376967

Summary

This study tested whether a telemedicine app called myLIVERcoach is a practical tool for people with liver cirrhosis. 50 patients and their caregivers used the app alongside regular care for 6 months to report symptoms and learn about their condition. Researchers wanted to see if the app was easy to use, if people stuck with it, and if it helped spot health problems early.
