NCT ID NCT07492524

Summary

This study tests whether a telemedicine support program helps village doctors better manage older adults with both atrial fibrillation and heart failure in rural China. About 1,200 participants will receive either the digital program with medication guidance, remote expert support, and lifestyle coaching, or usual care. Researchers will track whether the program improves heart health scores and reduces serious events like strokes and hospitalizations over three years.
