Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week personalized aerobic exercise program delivered via telemedicine can help adults with inactive or mildly active inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) better manage their condition. Researchers will enroll 28 participants to see if the program improves heart and lung fitness, helps control disease activity, and boosts quality of life. One group starts the exercise program right away, while another group waits 12 weeks before starting.
