Virtual therapy tested to help brain injury families cope
NCT ID NCT04386655
Summary
This study tested whether a 12-week online support group could help brain injury survivors and their caregivers learn coping skills and improve their emotional well-being. Researchers compared the online version to an established in-person program to see if remote delivery was just as effective. The goal was to provide better access to support, especially for people in rural areas.
