Summary
This study is testing a 12-week telephone support program for US veterans living with heart failure. Participants will work with a nurse over 8 phone sessions to learn problem-solving skills for managing their condition at home. The goal is to see if this program improves daily self-care, reduces symptoms and stress, and boosts overall quality of life.
