Summary
This study is testing an online program called StEP OUT that teaches healthy habits during pregnancy and infancy to help prevent childhood obesity in Latino families. Researchers want to see if the program is practical to run and acceptable to participants. They will compare the obesity prevention program to a standard infant safety education program to see which one families engage with more and learn from.
