New telehealth program aims to slash preeclampsia risk in black mothers

Summary
This study will test a telehealth group prenatal care program called Centering HER in 72 low-income Black pregnant women in Kansas who are at moderate or high risk for preeclampsia. The program focuses on improving blood pressure monitoring and aspirin use to prevent early-onset preeclampsia. Researchers will compare it to usual doula care to see if it works and is acceptable.
