First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests a telehealth group prenatal care program called Centering HER for low-income Black pregnant women in Kansas who are at risk for preeclampsia. The program helps women monitor their blood pressure at home and take daily aspirin as recommended. Researchers want to see if this approach improves blood pressure control and aspirin use compared to usual doula care, and whether it can reduce early cases of preeclampsia.
