Jail telehealth program aims to keep women on opioid meds after release

Summary
This study tests whether offering medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) via telehealth, with or without a peer navigator, helps women in jail start and continue treatment after release. About 900 women in Kentucky jails will take part. The goal is to increase treatment initiation and reduce relapse and return to custody.
