Virtual help for migraine sufferers: can telehealth reduce headaches?

NCT ID NCT03982316

Summary

This small pilot study tested whether a 12-week telehealth program could help people manage migraines. Twenty participants with frequent migraines used a mobile app diary, online educational materials, and had video sessions with a provider. The main goal was to see if this approach was practical and acceptable, while also checking if it might reduce headache days and improve quality of life.
