Could home monitoring replace some doctor visits for pregnant women with high blood pressure?
NCT ID NCT07356518
Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of telehealth video visits and home blood pressure monitoring can safely manage chronic high blood pressure during pregnancy. It will compare this approach to the standard care of frequent in-person clinic visits. The goal is to see if the telehealth method is practical for patients and doctors and if it keeps mothers and babies just as safe.
