Summary
This study tested an 8-week telehealth program for 21 children and teens with physical disabilities. Therapists used WhatsApp messages, voice notes, and videos to help families set and practice daily activity goals. Results showed improvements in how well kids performed tasks like dressing or playing, and families felt more confident setting new goals.
