Summary

This study tests whether adding a brief family-involved treatment (B-FIT) delivered via telehealth can help veterans with alcohol use disorder drink less and improve family relationships. About 400 veterans and a family member or friend will take part. The goal is to see if this approach works better than standard therapy alone.
