New moms: can breathing exercises beat pelvic pain?

Summary

This study tests two types of exercise—diaphragmatic breathing and pelvic stabilization—delivered via video calls to help new mothers with pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain. Sixty women who are at least 3 months postpartum will do the exercises for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pain, muscle function, and quality of life.
