Summary
This study tested whether a home exercise program delivered through a phone app could help handball players stick to their workouts and improve their jumping performance. Researchers compared two different 8-week exercise programs for 28 healthy male players. The main goal was to see if the app made it easier for players to follow their assigned routine.
